Swiss Philanthropy Foundation and WISE – philanthropy advisors would like to welcome Elisa Liotta, the second participant in the Young Talent Program, launched jointly by the two organizations. This 10-month immersion program is aimed at young graduates who wish to discover the philanthropy sector, giving them the opportunity to acquire various professional skills in the fields of project management, administrative follow-up of donations or communication.
Elisa studied Economics and Management at the University of Geneva, followed by a Master’s degree in Controlling and Accounting in Finance at HEC Lausanne. During her university studies, she mixed studies, sports, work and volunteering in various associations. After starting her professional career in financial auditing, Elisa wanted to discover the field of philanthropy and joined the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation Young Talent Program in September 2022.
“During my studies, I was always involved in several associations on a voluntary basis, I never imagined that I would be able to work in the non-profit sector. When I saw the Young Talent Program offered by SPF, I seized the opportunity to combine work and commitment.”
