As Director, you will develop and implement Swiss Philanthropy Foundation’s strategic vision in collaboration with the Foundation Board. You will oversee the operational management of the Foundation, lead a committed team, creating a collaborative and motivating working environment, and represent the Foundation to donors, partners and stakeholders.

You will play a key role in developing the Foundation’s activities, strengthening its strategic relationships and ensuring its visibility and sustainability through rigorous management and lasting partnerships. You will also be a driving force in attracting new talent and strengthening the Foundation’s culture, while fostering a positive dynamic within your team.
