Swiss Philanthropy Foundation is recruiting a Legal Officer – Administrative Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative and legal management of legacies, for the coordination with service providers, particularly HR, and for monitoring the compliance and effectiveness of internal processes.
The responsibilities of this position include :
Ensuring the administrative and legal follow-up of legacies, in liaison with notaries and lawyers.
Ensuring that testators’ wishes are respected and managing coordination with service providers.
Keeping a legal watch to anticipate changes in inheritance and gift legislation.
Working with internal teams to ensure that legacies are properly executed.
Monitoring the financial aspects of legacies, including the valuation and liquidation of bequeathed assets.
Supporting the Foundation’s Administration and Finance department in administrative matters, particularly HR.
